2020-2021 CHP REP APPLICATION



THIS IS THE 12TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY FOR CHP REPS!!! I’m in search of CHP REPS for the 2020-2021 school year!!!!!! What is a CHP REP, you ask??? Well, I’m looking for students who are currently in 8th – 11th grade. Being a CHP REP is super FUN & SIMPLE!! I’m looking for REPS who are outgoing, stylish, creative, who love social media, who want to meet other fellow students from around the state and who want to have amazing photos for their school year.

You are probably asking yourself…”WOW, that sounds like something I would want to do…How do I sign up??”…….Glad you asked ~ You’ll need to complete the CHP REP {APPLICATION} as soon as possible. You will have until February 15th, 2019 to enter the contest.  Here are some of the awesome benefits of being a CHP REP for Craig Hewitt Photography:

There will be an interview process that will take place after all of the applications are all in. If you are selected to the interview round, a parent will need to accompany you to my studio in Chapin for this process. During this time you’ll learn more details about CHP, meet my family and hear our heart for doing ministry within the community, you’ll meet others from the area who are applying and you’ll enjoy FREE CHICK-FIL-A! By interviewing you are not committing yourself to CHP in anyway. This is a chance for the both of us to get to know each other and see if we will make a great match together! You have nothing to lose by interviewing and everything to gain if you join CHP!

*Please note that only a select few will be accepted from each grade level/school.*
